Alysia Rodriguez
Program Director, Little Milestones
Hello, my name is Alysia Rodriguez, and I serve as the Program Director for Little Milestones. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and a Master’s degree in Special Education, and I have dedicated more than 15 years to working with children. I discovered my passion for early intervention eight years ago, and it has guided my professional journey ever since.
I was drawn to the field of early intervention through my appreciation for meaningful one-on-one interaction and the opportunity to support children during their most critical stages of development. Helping young children achieve both their small and significant milestones is deeply rewarding to me. I truly enjoy witnessing each child’s growth, perseverance, and progress throughout their developmental journey.
I am equally committed to partnering with families—providing guidance, resources, and clear strategies to help them support their child’s learning and development with confidence. Being able to share knowledge that strengthens the family’s role in their child’s progress is one of the most meaningful aspects of my work.
Outside of my professional responsibilities, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, visiting Disneyland, and staying active through exercise.
